Roadmap Session: your device's case, started.
90 minutes on your device. A few business days later, a one-page standards matrix: every standard marked applies or doesn't, with the reason written next to it.
A document, not a sales call.
| Component | What it is |
|---|---|
| Pre-session review | Your device description, markets, stage and up to two quotes read before the call |
| 90-minute working session | Your device on screen: which standards are in play, which aren't, and why |
| The read-out | A one-page standards matrix: applies / doesn't apply / to confirm, a reason on each line, within 3 business days |
| Your quotes, marked | Every line tagged "required for your route" or "ask the lab why" |
| Questions for the lab | A short written list to send before you sign |
| One-page approval sheet | For whoever approves the spend: the finding, the fee, and what the case does not promise |
| Recording | So the reasoning survives the meeting |
Three dates, one policy.
Keep the read-out
If any line is missing its reason, or you decide it wasn't worth it, one email within 7 days of your read-out gets the full $450 back. You keep the matrix.
Credited in full
Book the full case within 60 days and the $450 comes off the price. Designs move; after 60 days the read-out may not describe your device any more.
Refund or credit
They're the same $450, so a refunded session isn't credited. Simple to check, nothing hidden.
Tell us about the device.
We'll confirm a time and send the intake form. Payment is taken at booking.
The lab still runs every test your case requires. The evaluator still decides. The case stays yours.
Before you book.
Is this a sales call?
No. It's a paid working session with a written deliverable. If you never buy anything else, the matrix is still yours.
Will this lower my test quote?
It may not. Your quote may go up if your case finds a line nobody listed. What changes is that every line is there for a reason you can read.
Do I need a quote before booking?
No. It helps to send one or two, but the session works from your device description alone.
What if my design changes?
That's normal. The read-out marks which lines depend on design decisions still open.
Ready when your quote is.
Book the session, keep the read-out, decide from there.
